Weekly Worship Audio
Hello, friends! Our sincere apologies for not posting weekly worship audio this spring. We've encountered major difficulties with our former audio hosting service and are in the process of finding a new host. We hope to have the kinks worked out in the next week, and we look forward to once again being able to provide you with the audio or our sermons and/or the entire worship service on this website. Thank you for your patience!

Morning Worship, 3/2/14: "Listen to Him"
Matthew 17.1-8 tells a strange tale. And it doesn't help matters that the day it describes, which the church calendar calls Transfiguration Sunday, is foreign to many people in the pews. Yet, it tells the story of a powerful moment in time when his disciples finally see through to the core of Jesus and recognize who he really is.

Morning Worship, 2/16/14: "Lonely Days"
We live in a paradox. In today’s world, you can pick up a phone and talk to someone ten thousand miles away in an instant. You can sit in front of a computer or a smartphone and talk face to face with your loved one, no matter if they are two hours away, two states away, or two continents away. We are connected by technology in a way that seemed impossible only a few generations ago. And yet, we know fewer and fewer of the people who live across the street.
May the Lord be with you always!

Morning Worship, 2/2/14: "Back to Basics: Worship"
We all know it’s important to worship, but it can be easy to lose sight of how we should do it. Do you we have to be professionals getting every detail just right? As Rev. Tom Long reminds us, it’s not the fruit of our labor, but the labor, that counts.

Morning Worship, 1/26/14: "Back to Basics: Discipleship"
When John the Baptist is arrested, verse 12 says Jesus “withdrew” to Galilee. On first read, that makes it sound as if Jesus runs away. Flees. Retreats. Runs away. Yet that couldn't be further from the truth. And the truth illumines the basic meaning of discipleship.

Morning Worship, 1/5/14: "Back to Basics: Sacred/Profane"
For the next four weeks, we'll get "back to basics" as a new year begins, recovering the core of our Christian faith. Today, we begin with the most basic concept--that of the sacred & the profane. For without a sense of the sacred, a life of faith is not possible.
